Shoring systems are designed by licensed engineers. TerraVille coordinates with engineers and project teams to execute engineered solutions but does not replace the engineer of record.
Shoring is typically required for deep excavations, underpinning, work near adjacent structures, or constrained urban sites where soil stability and safety are critical.
Permitting and approvals are typically handled by the project owner or general contractor. TerraVille coordinates with inspectors and engineers during construction as required.
